O k, here is the long version, my name is
Skip Sampson, 31yrs old. I currently reside in
Tampa, Fl. I work in what ever medium I
feel can get my idea across, in the best possible
way. I have recently aquired the shop formally known as Moniques in Ybor City , and we have transformed it into what is now 1603 Tattoo & Piercing Co.

Together with a great crew and family , we have been steadily growing and creating. Our clients and friends have helped us build this shop to what it is today.

In my opinion,"Art" in what ever medium, should
evoke an emotion in the person(s) viewing the
piece, without that, why would you even bother
to look at it.

The emotion that you feel, whether it is good or bad, imprints itself in your subconscious. We remember things that offend us, we remember things that make us happy. Art plays a huge role in giving us the emotions that develop us as the people we are.

Keep this in mind the next time you look at something that offends you, that may have been the intention of the artist in the first place.
